At Women Grooming, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and personal care products to women across the United States. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. 1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with standard U.S. e-commerce practices and the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products are non-returnable, except where required by law or if the product is defective.


2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Legal Right)

Under U.S. consumer law, customers have the right to receive products that are:

  • As described

  • Fit for their intended purpose

  • Free from defects

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Expired

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos and your order number. We will, at no cost to you:

  • Replace the product, or

  • Issue a full refund, including applicable taxes


3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety Compliance)

Due to FDA cosmetic safety guidelines and hygiene standards, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Skincare products

  • Makeup and cosmetics

  • Haircare products

  • Personal grooming tools

  • Intimate beauty items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.

In compliance with FTC refund rules:

  • Refunds are issued promptly.

  • No unlawful delays or hidden conditions apply.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

We do not offer exchanges for used or opened products due to sanitary regulations.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Women Grooming is not responsible for lost return packages.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return process.
